1. When zooming there is some noise looking like small squares ?

Either there was some noise in your original image or if you saved it in JPEG you may have overcompressed it. In the case of JPEG compression artifacts or noise, you can check the wikipedia page on compression artifacts for more informations. I'm planning an update of this website that will add a JPEG noise cleanup functionality.

2. When I follow the Try it link to launch the application nothing happens ?

Make sure you come from this address http://www.imagiris.com (not imagiris.com or any other address) otherwise the tool won't load.
Make sure you have the latest version of Flash Shockwave installed, you can check by following this link: Flash Download Center.
Make sure scripts are enabled (for example if you use the NoScript plugin for Firefox).

3. When installing Firefox add-on I get an error ?

If you get the error "firefox could not install the file at <path of xpi> because: Invalid file hash (possible download corruption)".

You need to enable: [Tools/Options/Privacy/Accept Third Party Cookies] in FireFox.
